From Sarah: I got to know Paul through Cardiff Governors Association. We also served on the Schools Budget Forum together. Along with a desire to support schools to be the best that they can be, we also shared a love for Sheffield and in particular the mighty Sheffield United. It had been great over the last few years to celebrate their success together. Paul was an amazing man, loyal, dependable, a generous volunteer and a fluent welsh speaker. Through his service, wisdom and guidance he has made a real contribution to the lives of many children in Cardiff.
