From Mike A: Paul was one if the first people to make us feel at home when we arrived in Rhiwbina. He was always prepared to pitch in, and was a great source of informative, direct and prompt advice without qualification. His contribution to Labour politics in Rhiwbina and beyond was considerable and he will hugely missed.
