From Mary: I met Janet at National Childbirth Trust classes 40 years ago and then met Paul. Over the years I met him at school governors meetings and at Labour party events. When I was going on a trip to Cuba I asked about train services there and he suggested a bullock cart would be a better option! He was a lovely kind man and I find it hard to realise that both he and Janet are gone.
