From Tony: I met Paul when I was 18 at Bristol University. We remained good friends for most of our lives and enjoyed many great occasions mainly in pubs talking football! At least he had the joy of seeing his beloved football team march onwards and upwards after many lean years. In the early seventies I was best man at his wedding to his dear wife Janet. Sadly our friendship lapsed 7 years ago and this is a big regret. May he rest in peace.
